| DESIGN NAME: State of Art PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: This residence was inspired by flexibility and also bend objects that create a sense of adaptability and also functional and timeless for the overall residence project. The choices of materials were specially curated with love by our team for perfecting each detail of each section of the place. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project was assigned to our team for a family of three, it was designed especially for the next generation and also created an interior space that is somehow relaxing but also meant for modern and well educated, and professional family with a touch of brass, wood, marble, and selected textiles and carpets. Our team aims to make this residence comfortable and feels at home as much as possible with a sense of curve and also flexibility in the layout for this family home. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The circle brass on the entrance was made for hanging clothes and objects, bending brass partition in the entrance to create a divider among each space. The residence's ambiance was created with oakwood modern panels and a curve brass hallway for the entrance to the private section. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in October 2021 in Jakarta and finished in December 2021 in Guangxi. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The production of each detail of this residence was both handmade and manufactured carefully by different types of local handpicked wood and also each layer of the brass and cutting was carefully made and bend throughout the process and creating the wholeness of this residence. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The area of this residential space is 177 sqm. TAGS: Modern Apartment, Wooden, Contemporary RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The background of. this building is new and has a service apartment and luxurious hotel service so our team tried to match well the overall concept of the building with the inner spatial of this residences. CHALLENGE: The hardest challenge of this project was the bending brass objects installation and also the curve shape hallway that needs to fit in perfection for each size and wall panel making detailing the process well.
