PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Floor Fan Remotes

INSPIRATION:
There are many remotes in the house today. TV, TV box, air conditioner, fan, stereo etc. The problem is that we often forget where they are. Here is such a problem to the floor fan remote: 1. Easy to forget where it is put because there is no dedicated place for it. 2. Easy to mix up with other remotes because of the similarity. 3. Easy to lose because someone puts it to someplace out of sight or when family moved.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
O Controler is a solution to above all problems that our remote offers: 1. At the sight of the fan itself 2. Dedicated place to store it. Never lose it again. 3. Unique design to distinguish from other remotes. 4. Magnetic connection and touch function.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The Controler is basically the same as the remote control of other floor fans. The only difference is that after the fan is used, the O Controler can suck on the fan and merge with the fan. The remote control is not easy to lose.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
As products become more and more intelligent, at home, TV, air conditioning, floor fans, living room lights, are equipped with a remote control, we often look for the TV remote control, air conditioning remote control. Fan remotes are even harder to find because they're only used in the summer, and they get even harder to find after a while. O Controler can be directly attached to the fan and integrated with the fan to solve the problem of losing the controler easily.

CHALLENGE:
We changed the shape of the traditional remote control into a circle, and added a magnet to suck it right in front of the fan. We did not make any technical changes, but optimized the way of using the remote control to make the product experience more user-friendly and without any difficulty.
