| DESIGN NAME: LUSTYdesign PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: It has the taste of a beach house in Hawaii or the West Coast of the United States. It is a space where one can always relax and work efficiently and creatively. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As the office of a creative company involved in architecture and interior design, the space is very relaxing, much like a resort by the sea. It was created based on the concept of working while playing and playing while working. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: It is important for an office to be a relaxing space. This directly affects work productivity and efficiency. Instead of working silently at a neatly arranged desk, each staff member can work wherever he or she likes at any given time, and when tired, lie down in a hammock or on a sofa and take a rest. We believe that a space that looks like a playground is an essential element for improving work efficiency. RESEARCH ABSTRACT: What kind of space should be created for staff to work comfortably, relax, and efficiently? It is like a laboratory for thinking about the future of the office. The space is designed to be changeable and easily transformed according to the occasion. CHALLENGE: The office is zoned as follows. Personal desk space, shared desk space, meeting space, relaxation space with hammocks and sofas, kitchen space, etc. Each space is seamlessly connected to the other without any walls between them, allowing staff to feel each other's presence at all times and facilitating communication.
