DESIGN NAME: Huangshan Tourism Group
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Brand identity design
INSPIRATION: Huangshan Tourism Group launched the overall deployment of global tourism to promote the "tourism +" strategic development of Huangshan City. The design team investigated and visited several major scenic routes, communicated with the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, and changed Huizhou culture from text mode to image mode by combing it, providing Huangshan Tourism Group with a visual image upgrading scheme.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In March 2020, Huangshan Tourism Group announced the brand upgrade and changed the logo to our design. In the sign, the figure "H" adopts the lines with the meaning of traditional calligraphy to condense into the roof of Hui style buildings; The figure "s" is based on the writing order of "mountain" calligraphy and coincides with the structure of the cube. The two letters are closely connected like tenon and mortise.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The logo continues to use the core green of the original group and then adds gold, which means to show the world a green eco-tourism city and the new Huangshan with Millennium golden cultural heritage.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in July 2020 in Huangshan and finished in March 2021 in Beijing.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The logo continues to use the core green of the original group and then adds gold, which means to show the world a green eco-tourism city and the new Huangshan with Millennium golden cultural heritage. Therefore, metal technology is used in the production of the company's main logo.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The brand image of the tourism group can be applied to the materials of various scenes and occasions in the city, such as the packaging of local characteristic products.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Huizhou has a splendid history and culture. As a young generation, it has the responsibility to inherit it. Through in-depth study of Huizhou culture, the design team analyzes the traditional Chinese way of thinking and guides a new aesthetic trend. With the advent of the world image era, Huizhou's visual culture can take the opportunity of the times to change from text to image, which is reflected in urban visual image, tourism visual image, local characteristic product packaging and so on.
