| DESIGN NAME: Fontana di Trevi PRIMARY FUNCTION: Baroque Fountain INSPIRATION: Antonio Adami was an artist working at the office of Antonio Visentini (1688-1782), architect and engraver. Pen and brown and gray ink, brush with brown and gray wash. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Trevi Fountain in Rome was designed by Italian architect Nicola Salvi and completed by Giuseppe Pannini in 1762. Standing 26.3 metres (86 ft) high and 49.15 metres (161.3 ft) wide, it is the largest Baroque fountain in Rome and one of the most famous fountains in the world.
