| DESIGN NAME: Smart Tree PRIMARY FUNCTION: Multifunctional Socket INSPIRATION: Nowadays, charging equipment is important for us, it is essential for social development, it can be said that it plays an important role in social development. But there are still many problems with existing products. For example, whether the energy used is clean energy, where it is safe and efficient, and the appearance of existing socket products that have not changed for many years, insufficient charging space and fixed charging holes are problems with existing products. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is an innovative design of socket. The form of product design used the monimalist design concept, it has revolutionized the appearance of traditional sockets, beautiful and smooth lines to iterpret the minimalist lifestyle, and at the same time has the function of a table lamp. The charging holes of the product is far away from the ground, water is not easy to enter, the three branches on the main trunk can be used individually, and solar panels can be used when we go camping outdoors. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: You can put this product anywhere, put it in the living room or next to the sofa, or in the garden. If you go camping or have a picnic, it's a good choice to take it with you, because the branches on the main trunk can be used alone and it can use solar energy. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2021 in China and finished in November 2021 in China. There is no physical product, only rendering model. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Production: Injection Modling, 3D Printing. Materials: Plastic, Metal. TAGS: Socket, Lighting device, Solar energy, Outdoor, Indoor RESEARCH ABSTRACT: I did research on existing products of sockets and there are many problems, the appearance of existing socket products has not changed for many years, insufficient charging space, fixed charging holes.... And I analyzed the current state of the electronic equipment market, people's large demand for electronic products will also bring a large amount of demand for charging equipment, so this socket design with innovative design has a broad market, the single product need immediate change. CHALLENGE: I really like the shape of this design, it changes the single shape of the existing product. However, the socket of the existing product is close to the ground, and the problem of easy water entry is easy to be ignored, so I added a waterproof cover to this design, and keep the charging hole away from the ground.
