| DESIGN NAME: Rs Guardian PRIMARY FUNCTION: Car Warning Sign INSPIRATION: After an accident, the user has to get off the vehicle and put triangular warning signs in the right place. The process of placing the warning signs may be time-consuming, and there will be other problems such as unskilled operation, inaccurate and unstable placement, etc. All the problems increase the probability of secondary accidents. So I designed an automatic triangular warning sign with a car APP to reduce UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design of the APP is combined with the intelligent triangle warning sign. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Location of installation: The warning sign is fixed at the bottom of the vehicle. Step: 1.The accident occurred and the body began to function. 2.The forearm is rotated downward and the back arm is extended outward. 3.The rear-arm wheel spins toward the ground. 4.The fixed knob rotates and the body falls off the chassis to the ground. 5.When the car reached the prescribed distance, the warning sign bounced off. 6.Down. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in March 2021 in Hebei and finished in November 2021 in Hebei China. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The products are mainly made of engineering plastics and are manufactured by stamping, injection molding and other molding processes. The top fittings are connected with corrosion-resistant metal to make the product more firmly fixed with the underbody.
