| DESIGN NAME: Green Loft PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: I was inspired by the idea of making a comfortable space for our studio.We wanted to embody the character of our studio in this project. Architectural exhibitions, travel around the world. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design studio 120 m2 was made in a mixed style - contemporary loft. It has a meeting room, two bathrooms, hall, kitchen, lounge zone, an open space for designers and a CEO office on the second floor. Concrete walls at the heart of the style with the addition of golden patina, glass partitions, which give the office an openness and space. Plants and phyto walls give a sense of naturalness. Paintings, sculptures, vases and other works of art are responsible for creative spirit in this space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Office created for the efficient and comfortable work of studio SKSDESIGN PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in June 2020 in Kiev and ended in September 2020 in Kiev. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Concrete walls at the heart of the style with the addition of golden patina, table in a meeting room made of a piece of wood, glass partitions, which give the office an openness and space, CEO table made from metal and designers tables made from metal and glass - almost everything here is handmade. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total area of the object 120 m2. TAGS: Оffice, nature, style, comfort. RESEARCH ABSTRACT: - CHALLENGE: A lot of planning decisions were drawn, a dozen fierce discussions were held. The final version of the project took 9 hours on a Kiev-New York flight to the Armory Show, an exhibition of contemporary art. It is noteworthy that the project was drawn in the simplest program in an iPhone and later printed and hung in the company's office as a story.
