| DESIGN NAME: The 12 Peaks Trail Running Race PRIMARY FUNCTION: Virtual Trail Running Race INSPIRATION: As a marathon and trail runner lover, I participated more than 80 marathon and trail race round the world. I found that many logo for oversea marathon and trail are representative to the feature or iconic of race. They all are impressive to the runners. Like UTMB, it is one of the logo which can be always in my mind. The logo itself can allow runner to recall the race automatically. Thats why I decide to use the two key elements i.e. Tai Mo Shan and white radars(the white ball) this time. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The logo combines Tai Mo Shan and white radar shelter. The race route covers 12 peaks and most mountainous part of Hong Kong MacLehose Trail. One of the peak is Tai Mo Shan, it is the highest and iconic mountain in Hong Kong. At the same time, the white radar shelters in the peak area are so iconic, thus it has a nickname Therefore , these elements As can represent the uniqueness of this Hong Kong event, and can impress local runners and trail running race.
