| DESIGN NAME: Persian Garden PRIMARY FUNCTION: Earing INSPIRATION: The design of this project is inspired by ancient Iranian gardens such as Pasargad, Fin Kashan, Chehel Sotoun, Shahzadeh, etc. The garden has always been associated with the element of fantasy and creating an imaginary, dreamy and mythical environment has been considered by garden designers. Although the gardens with the golden trees that produce emeralds existed only in the fantasy world, Gardens with azure, emerald, and turquoise jewels, decorated with Iranian motifs. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In his jeweled gardens, he tries to stimulate the power of fantasy and myth-making to test the boundaries of human belief. But it's not easy to differentiate fantasy and the real world from each other, and each one is somehow on the other's border. Therefore, the importance of his imaginary paradigms is to introduce the ideal pattern of life and stimulate the nostalgic sense that every Iranian has about Iranian architecture, Iranian ponds and courtyards, and the water and rivulet. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Imaginary Paradise Jewelry Collection is an amazing garden of gold and precious jewelry that brings a positive nature to the mind of the audience. He tries to create a jewelry collection based on the palace, mansions, fountains, and pools of Iran that revive the memory and sense of presence in the gardens and the experience of the Iranian landscape in the audience, an experience that can be visually felt by seeing the structure and geometry of the jewel. In the design of this earring, the main form of the mansion is tried to preserve on top of the earrings. The inlaid designs are made as 3D textures on silver tubes and continuous chains and pendants are symbols of trees and columns inside the Iranian garden. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project has been designed and produced in Mashhad, Iran in 2020. |

But unfortunately, at this point, this art is no longer the same. Iranian elements rarely appear in jewelry designs. Therefore, due to this matter and the research of the past arts, we come to a source that alone can respond to the needs of the Iranian society with beautiful and diverse forms in all art disciplines, especially jewelry design. By using the design, we can establish a link between contemporary jewelry and original and traditional art. This adds originality, mysticism, and philosophy to design, and on the other hand, gives a new spirit to traditional art. The garden reflects human culture and imagination in addressing nature, whose taste, appreciation, skill, human, culture, geography, and history play an essential role in its formation. CHALLENGE: The main challenge in this plan was to integrate the elements of ancient Iranian gardens and transfer them to jewelry. While it is reminiscent of a memorable environment of fantasy gardens and communicates emotionally with the user, by relying on ergonomics and technical principles, a beautiful and infringing design has been created. NAME: Ailin Jewelry PROFILE: Ailin Abrishami was born in 1991 in Mashhad. She received master of Arts and Handicrafts Research in Jewelry. She started her artistic activities in 2013 in his studio under the brand of Ailin Abrishami. She has designed unique and valuable jewelry by relying on iconology. Using the knowledge of patterns, she has created designs that have rich stories of original Iranian civilization and culture in their hearts. Patterns that rely on technical and artistic elegance have coherent composition and semantic luminosity of each component. The handmade works partially can remove the semantic and thematic gap in modern art these days in our country. Also, efforts to represent the role of symbolic literary elements through form and image can lead to the assumption that by doing this, Ailin Abrishami has made a conscious choice in the direction, preservation, and restoration, and strengthening of national and cultural virtues. An initiative that is a sign of the commitment of this young artist to the art and culture of Iran's ancients and the expansion of this culture. |
