PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House
INSPIRATION: The idea is " Paid Respect to Giorgio Morandi By using Japandi Interior "
Creating the cozy Japandi Interior by using Giorgio Morandi's colour palette.
Designer create a large storage capacity to achieve the minimalist and clean visual.
Entering the house, there is a light skirting on the floor to create a cozy ambience
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: One that whispers the Nordic warmth of ‘Hygge’ and the eastern philosophy of Wabi-sabi, centered around the beauty of imperfection and natural symbolisation. A fine-tuned and well-balanced sanctuary that welcomes the owner to unwind amongst the peace and tranquility it so reflects.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The surrounding scenery is incorporated into the natural and peace into the interior.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2020 in Kuala Lumpur and Completed in December 2020.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Behind this ‘intentional’ design is cement-based Pandomo flooring used to compliment the open, high ceilings and seamless interiors. Suzaka and Vasari paint were used for the walls to give a sophisticated, textured finish and Akemi Uchi fabrics for the curtains to bring out the ambience and purity of the home. To finish, the designer used Admira for the furniture for elegant quality and long lasting durability.
