| DESIGN NAME: Tranquility PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Visualization INSPIRATION: This design is realized due to our current state of living that affects globally. Creating a space that gives the possibilities of easing the effects or to overcome it in our daily life . Also to stimulate a more positive point of view for a considerable way of living rather than just surviving whilst pandemic. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: An interior visualization of a design concept that emphasizes on tranquility, relaxation and beautiful way of seclusion or isolation to create a safe and serene haven. A home that evokes a feeling of regenerating and a refreshed positive outlook. All elements from colours, materials, textures and choices were keep in natural tones while space layout and allocation was given ways of connecting indoor to outdoor. The design is visualize with harmony and uniformity throughout the house to ensure in creating a calm and relaxed ambience, hence the name Tranquility, a state of peace and quiet. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This is a virtual Interior and can be use as a source of Interior inspiration, details and guide which can be realized for construction. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Digital 3D Interior design which was visualized and created using a web architectural interior design software. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: A 3D Interior e-design of a 2 floor level, 986.85sqm Gated Residential Property with triangular structure. Ground Floor/level; has 1 receiving area, 1 mudroom/section, 1 Event area, 1 Kitchen bar, 1 garage, 1 storage room, 1 Elevated outdoor deck, 1 jacuzzi and 1 Outdoor bathroom. The 2nd Level is compose of the main living spaces; 1 entry seating, 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 Indoor Pool, 1 living room, 1 dining area, 1 kitchen with island/dining counter, 1 Walkthrough Coffee/Breakfast station& Pantry, breakfast/reading corner, Home Office, 1/2 Toilet and Laundry room. Given consideration on current news and updates globally of our new way of living that is quite evident, as well personal experiences and perceptions and from observations from residents alike. Paired with my own search and interpretation to reach the final approach of this design visualization. CHALLENGE: A vision and mission of this design is to create a space and concept that will help and ease the impact of our daily living or with the long term effects of our global situation which pose a great deal of challenge as I aim as well that the design concept should be adaptable and flexible in implementation for any given size or form of interior.
