| DESIGN NAME: 2021 Kirin Fountain Show in Nantou PRIMARY FUNCTION: Installation Art INSPIRATION: Nantou County is famous by its unique geography. With stacks of beautiful green mountains lining up, the beautiful nature represents the County at its best. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The only lantern festival on the water in central Taiwan is located in Lugu township. The lantern festival takes place above the Kirin Lake. With 5 fairy lantern boats and several lantern artworks providing beautiful reflection and colorful lighting to the surface of the lake, the festival looks extraordinary. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Kirin Lake is surrounded by beautiful lighting with a walking trail around it. You will be able to see the firebugs and wonderful lakeside night scene. The light art reflects on the lake surface, such as a bustling spring festival. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project will be exhibit from February 5,2021 to March 14,2021 in , Kirin Lake in Nantou,Taiwan |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The computer controls the forest theme from the reflection in the water, you can also watch static artworks both day and night. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The main body is made of stainless steel, iron, and waterproof paint.Within 1.5 kilometers. CHALLENGE: The designer wants to challenge combining the water and land landscape with weight, structure, weather and the performance on Kirin Lake, how to bring the visual and spirits to this open space.
