| DESIGN NAME: Sumochi PRIMARY FUNCTION: Tea package INSPIRATION: Even as strong as a sumo wrestler has stress and needs to be calmed in the evening and an invigorating remedy in the morning. When developing, focused was on bright colors that contrast with the depressed mood of people and are attracted to tea packaging. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The uniqueness of tea is that its main component is lettuce, which has not been previously used in the production of teas and drinks in general. Competitors are companies producing soothing teas based on various herbs. Tea was created according the two special recipes: hot tea has a calming effect, cold tea invigorates and heals. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Remove the wrapper and you will see sumo-wrestler in all his glory. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Project was made as part of study in institute, Moscow, May 2015. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Metal or plastic. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 100 x 100 x 120 mm assembled, 100 x 100 x 120 mm for printing TAGS: Tea, Sumo, Sumoch, Calm, Stress RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The packages that are in the store are mostly standard (square, rectangular), and do not lure to make a spontaneous buy. Idea was to make an offer for a new version of packaging that one wants to support in hands, study and buy. CHALLENGE: Most difficult was to understand how to transport this package to shops and for whom this package can be, since the upper part cannot be wrinkled.
