INSPIRATION:
Omid in Persian means "hope", which was chosen for these earrings to promise bright days after the coronavirus epidemic. The designed form of these earrings represents a wonderful time when the world has defeated this virus and is somehow being reborn. The emergence of a bud from the earth is a metaphor for the hope that it is growing and flourishing with help of which the Earth recovers.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
In these earrings, the earth is covered with various and beautiful natural stones in order to constantly remind the users of the high value of this planet and to convey the message that the Earth is like a precious gem and should always be well protected.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The main interaction between this artwork and the users is to deliver a message that is always with the person who wears it, the message that we all need these days and it is nothing but the moment of the world’s victory over this virus. It is nothing but to keep the hope alive in everyone's heart. These earrings represent all the efforts of people who are trying twenty-four seven for saving the world from this exhausted, destructive situation.

The project started in June 2020 in Iran and finished on July 20 in Iran

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
These earrings are designed inspired by the recent events related to the corona virus pandemic and by studying the destructive psychological effects of these events on people in society as well as its negative effects on the lives of them.
CHALLENGE:
One of the main challenges in designing these earrings in addition to visual beauty was conveying a message that had to be received directly to the users. The use of appropriate shapes and colors played a major role in this.
