| DESIGN NAME: Live with Classic PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: To realize the clients imagination, the designer integrates all the main elements, involving neoclassical and modern ones, to equip the space with functions that the family needs. With elegant design, it forms luxurious and delicate living atmosphere, and provides the client a unique area. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To realize the clients ideal residence, the designer creates a neoclassical living space which is splendid and functional as well. In addition to providing cozy environment for physical and mental relaxation, it is also arranged by the clients living habits. White is taken as the main color for spaces in each story, coming along with elegant pale pinkish gray, blue and golden accessories and they make the space high quality. Moreover, to meet the expectations, stone materials are replaced by tiles and laminate hard plastic sheet, constructing various spaces. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: After constant discussion, both sides come to the conclusion of storage need. As a result, one of the original bedrooms was transformed into a dressing room, making an excellent area to store clothes, accessories, shoes and suitcases. It is totally a perfect living environment built based on the clients need. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in November, 2019 in Zhubei City, Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Imported tiles, Cement tiles, CNC laser cutting, Laminate flooring, Art paint, Natural leather, Molding, Titanium Plating. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Its actually 710.79 square meters in total. It involves 1 master room, 1 kids room, 1 guest room, 1 living room, 1 dining room and a study. TAGS: Neoclassical, Elegance, Affordable luxury, White, Modern, CNC laser cutting window decoration RESEARCH ABSTRACT: From the very first step into the building, the clients fabulous taste can be found. In this white and bright space, all we can see is various designs come in lines. The designer builds up layered taste with geometric figures and selected colors, which comes in white as an undertone, gold, gray, earth tone, pale pinkish gray, and blue. The entire style mixes up neoclassic and modern, an elegant and fashionable living space was built, with CNC laser cutting window decoration and sheets with stone surface, for the client to escape from pressure. CHALLENGE: In respond to the clients request that stone materials are avoided during the whole construction, the designer has to look for different material combination. Tiles and laminate hard plastic sheet are applied instead, building up elegant and luxurious atmosphere. Besides, in details, proper and matching golden accessories are picked to bring out the high quality.
