RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The artist studied the pictures of nurses from all over the world who are treating patients with COVID. She wanted to express the strength and empathy of these people. She researched people's faces from different ethnicity to show the difference in facial structures.
CHALLENGE: The artist wanted to create images that give people hope and unity. The only way to know what is going on outside the world was through media during the quarantine. Whenever she saw that people were going through similar experiences all over the world, she couldn't help but feel connected and feel the need to unite to fight this virus.
