| DESIGN NAME: Nature and Arts PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential INSPIRATION: The design team hopes to break the cages of the urban jungle and extradite the abundant natural life and the quiet and elegant atmosphere. The whole design follows the concept of life is rest and surrounded by nature as the main direction. Through deconstruction, white space, and turning narrative methods, it rewrites the modern peoples lifestyle. At the same time, fine-grained texture material is used to reflect the continuous green hills. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design team follows the original constructions, and abandoned a lot of decorative materials, restoring the pure essence of the space, and plans large floor-to-ceiling windows facing the outdoor scenery in the public area and master bedroom, hope the client can spend a wonderful day. In addition, the design team put a lot of attention to the daily habits of the client, and design a solution to enhance their life. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This project has an advantageous outdoor terrace, so that the design team placed an island dining table in some angle as a visual guide, letting people enter and naturally turning their eyes to the natural outdoor features. On the backside of the master bedrooms bed, there is a desk to separate the sleeping area and dressing area. While the end is followed by an open storage wardrobe, which is embedded with ambient lighting and soft light, which successfully eliminates the pressure from the door. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Wooden floor tile, Ultra-thin stone, Pearlstone, ICI latex paint, Changhong glass, Metal paint, Titanium-plate metal, Walnut solid leather coating board, System cabinet. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Breaking the concept of conservative home style, the design team tried to change the center gravity of the space using a completely open space style and tranquil green mountains as the background, so that the clients will no longer be limited to only be able watching TV. The layout of the dining room, the design team specifically moved the TV to the corner to open a three-way dialogue between people, space, and nature. At the same time, the display shelves, chairs, and wooden shutters louvers by the window were used to create a free-spirited living atmosphere. TAGS: Nature, Narrative, Modern, Spirit, Diversified RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The entrance area utilizes the integration concept, combining the storage cabinets, dressing mirrors, seating areas, and display function. The mosaic design of the different layers reflects the beauty of geometry. The design team put a special pentagonal-shape island dining table and turned the bed of the master bedroom facing the balcony. The public area, a rich texture of the ultra-thin stone is used, combined with artistic paintings. The master bedroom is provided with a desk and walk-in closet, and an exquisite open storage wardrobe at the corner to achieve a complete life that fulfills both function and beauty. CHALLENGE: The tight time pressure is the biggest challenge of this project; it is necessary to complete the whole design and construction in just two months. Therefore, during the process, in addition to being decisive and precise in timing, the design team maintains a certain excellent result quality, and also observes and tune the design at any time on the spot in an attempt to highlight the beauty of each detail and achieve the optimal design.
