INSPIRATION:
Due to the life pressure, many people suffer from insomnia. And germs will attach and thrive on all kinds of daily items, thus to affect health. We combine the sleep lighting, UV ray lighting and visible light photocatalyst to create a healthy living space and a safe and comfortable sleeping condition for users. The bacteriostatic supports can fold inward to facilitate use in business and travel, and hand-held using. The occupation volume is reduced while the shell will not be polluted.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
COVID-19 is sensitive to ultraviolet, so the UV ray lighting is set on the sleep lighting. When it is used at a distance of 5cm from the object , COVID-19 and other germs will be inactivated within 60s. Turn on the sleep lighting before sleeping, not only can help sleep, but also stimulate the visible light photocatalyst to inhibit bacterial growth. The supports made of bacteriostatic environmental protection materials can be folded to hand-held use which is more conveniently and safely.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The UV ray lighting and sleep lighting will not work at the same time. To prevent misoperation, you need to press the left side of the switch and revolve the UV lamp bead out to turn on the UV ray lighting. To protect human bodies from direct radiation, when the UV light source points 60 to 90 degrees, it will be on; when out of this angle scope, it will be off. The top of the sleep lighting is crescent. When promoting sleep, the photocatalyst will be stimulated to inhibit bacteria.

This project began in Shenzhen City in December, 2017, and completed in March, 2020.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
This product uses solid semiconductor DUV, and combines NUV(near ultraviolet) chip technology with 10nm visible light photocatalyst nanometer coating technology and the intelligent electrical control system, makes it possible to inactivates bacteria within 60 seconds. The light color temperature of the sleep lighting is 2700K and its illuminance is 80Lux to create a relax atmosphere while purifying the air. The bacteriostatic shell can avoid the secondary contamination of the product itself.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
According to Guidelines on the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 (Trial Version 5), COVID-19 is sensitive to UV ray and heat. In the fourth Hospital of Wuhan, the germicidal DUV(deep ultraviolet) LED (light emitting diode) lighting voluntary donated by Juquan Technology were widely used. And the light with a peak wavelengths of 403-480nm can motivate the visible light catalyst coating, which can inhibit bacteria and eliminate odor while promoting sleep.
CHALLENGE:
This product applies the solid semiconductor technology and wavelengths of UV ray are 275 and 405nm, enable to kill germs in different pollution environments. The wavelengths of visible light photocatalyst in a range from 403 to 480nm can keep purifying air in the light, does no harm to human, and will not cause the secondary pollution or reduce. The reasonably designed optical performance enables users to fall asleep easily. The bacteriostatic shell can avoid the secondary contamination.
