| DESIGN NAME: Vanke Jinyu Shijia PRIMARY FUNCTION: Model Room INSPIRATION: "9 and X"Create the most suitable residence Times are changing and needs are changing. Based on Maslow is hierarchy of needs, we can understand the overall development direction of the needs of the current social group. Faced with the changing needs of the social group, "9 and X" came into being. Using the nine beautiful life scenes as clues, we created the most suitable residence for "9 and X". Our design is based on this. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Wanke Jinyu Shijia, proudly located at the core of Guangfo city, with Guangsteel in the east and Qiandeng Lake in the west, as a large-scale high-quality residential community built by Vanke Group, one of the world is top 500 and 100 billion housing companies. The complete and seamless connection with the Pearl River Delta life circle is an important part of the Guangzhou-Buddha city. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: We conduct design research based on the "9 and X" theory, and expect to embody the "9 and X" argument in the design and realize the living space that modern people really need. Therefore, we have made many details and theoretical considerations in the design , And finally realize the design. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2019 mid-year in GuangDong FoShan and finished in 2019 End of year in GuangDong FoShan, and was exhibited in FoShan WANKE JINYU SHIJIA in 2019. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We create a new scene of modern humanistic residence, centering on "shaping 9 and X "The most suitable place to live started, with "Secret on the Road", "Hiking to the Forest", "Chang Xia Never Falling" as the theme of the series, combining the artistic life experience in the contemporary city with the modern human living experience With the modern humanistic living space that builds a contemporary city. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: In the design, we try to create design creation in the face of the changes in the needs of social groups, hoping to give the residents a unique living experience. TAGS: Humanities, Modern, Simple, Future, Create RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The physical characteristics of the environment support certain fixed behavior patterns. Although the users among them are constantly changing, the fixed behavior patterns are repeated for a period of time. The behavior here is a non-individual behavior. Such an environment is called a place, and the place and the behavior of the people together constitute a behavior scene. CHALLENGE: In the design, we try to study the most suitable residence for modern humans according to the theory, and constantly simulate the scene to experiment our design.
