UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The uvc ac-deflector system is a new air conditioner deflector platform for killing corona-virus. The system features an uv light technology with c type called uvc, provides disinfecting equipment to houses, companies, shops, supermarkets and malls.
Recently, as the global anxiety about covid-19 has reached extraordinary new heights,so acs do pose a corona-virus threat, especially central air conditioning could raise risks, the idea that you can disinfect your skin, clothing or other objects with uv light has proved extremely popular.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
While it is true that the uvc ac-deflector system brings something entirely new to the covid 19 suite, how well the technology can fit into environments and workflows. The technology is designed to easily enter the room based on preliminary market preference research, branding positioning and style planning, which pursues a speed in the whole design process. From sketches, 2d-3d models, visual style is highly required even though design products are repeatedly deliberated at every stage.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
Nearly 5 years in home-furniture products development, the project dedicated for covid and designed in spring of 2020. Designed in istanbul, turkey.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
Aluminum grid on glossy polished glass, electronics, medical-grade engineering white plastics. the plastic is full cnc Middle frame is processed by four high-specification grinding and polishing and high precision and high numerical control sand blasting before oxidation. Nano-grade fine aluminum grid grey on glass illuminated with uvc lighting cover is optical coating .close-bonding processes of full cnc are completed in an extremely pollution-free and dust-free vacuum.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Developed over the course of many years, research for this AC-Deflectors product spanned many stages of the development process. Crucial to all projects at Witforms is the process associated with developing a medical device for clearance by the UVC lighting. These waves get rids of bacteria and mini microps of proposed designs, engineering validation and verification processes as well as clinical trials.
CHALLENGE:
Statistics show that nearly everyone, at some time in their life, is likely to get infected while ending lockdown to restart social procedure. The challenge lies in iterative design needs in product realization, which needs designers to repeatedly solve difficulties with engineers to pursuit best design. At witforms, new resources are developed to design different market needs and many technical issues arise in air flow direct exposing. And now we are working on this product to stop covid-19 pandemic. Products of each edition are mass produced only through the efforts of front-end and back-end engineering.
