| DESIGN NAME: Synapse PRIMARY FUNCTION: Floor Lamp INSPIRATION: Synapse lamp is mainly inspired by the forms of cellular organisms, organic filaments and neural connections. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Synapse is a floor lamp characterized by a reticular structure made in a single block and without joints. This is possible thanks to the material with which it is made. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Synapse is a floor lamp with organic and futuristic shapes. It can create a suggestive and relaxing atmosphere. It is possible to switch on the lamp through APP from a smartphone, and to manage remotely the intensity of the light that filters through the reticular structure, as well. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: This organic-shaped lamp can be completely realized in Adamantx, an innovative resin. It is a composite material consisting of an internal core in high density EPS which is subsequently stratified with resin by specialized craftsmen. After baking the object at 150°C, it will be manually sanded, painted and finally treated with ceramic paint protection to ensure greater resistance to wear and scratching.
