INSPIRATION:
In a Bionic project, I was fascinated by the study of seashells inner structure then Inspired by and successive sketches I came up with this design. Since the appearance of the kind of seashell is very similar to the structure of the human ear, I decided to design a device like an otoscope until spread the story of the Corona-virus and I got information from the symptoms of the virus I turned this project into an ear contact and non-contact thermometer and I named SCALLOP for kind of seashell.

Medical digital multifunctional contact and non-contact thermometer for children, infants, and adults.
Enjoy your home, clinic, or workplace with a different design in form and ergonomic.
In order to outbreak of corona-virus, this device is embedded with ultraviolet light that can partially kill viruses and bacteria from the surfaces.
In addition, it considered the Ability to detect middle ear fluid infection for this device with infrared.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
It is used in all places, including hospitals, clinics, and homes, and is portable.
To use, first set the mode to LCD and press the button below.
For example, in the thermometer mode, take it away and press the following button to display the temperature on the LCD.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in February 2020 in Tabriz and finished in May in Zanajn.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
All parts of the body of this product are made of hard plastic by injection-molding.
The laser used in this product is infrared to measure and use Ultraviolet to kill bacteria and viruses.
use an LCD screen on the product's monitor.
