RESEARCH ABSTRACT: After extensive research on Van Gogh's paintings (there are almost 2000 works), the painting was chosen that would be the inspiration for the design. Then research was carried out on the painted flower bouquet (understanding of what the painter saw to be inspired). Realized the ideal design of the piece and choice of the ideal materials for execution.
CHALLENGE: A light texture resembles the grooves of the leaves. Twists on metal and gold overlap to demonstrate the movement of leaves in a fritillaries bouquet. Two types of polishing to highlight contours and twists. Another challenge was to make a large earring but extremely light, it is so light that it is possible to forget what you are wearing. A work of art in the form of an earring.
