| DESIGN NAME: Soytekin Residential Landscape PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Garden INSPIRATION: The design of this garden was inspired by its location, summer trips to Bodrum Seaside. The plot is located by the Bodrum in an elevated area . when we wake up in the morning in nature, birds singing and the sound of grass in the wind. We wanted to create the relaxing effect for the summer residence. We wanted to let the nature inside the building, and the sunrise rise alongside the sea and mountains UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Modern style has been aimed in the project. . To combine nature and modern life, relaxing swimming pool and big plants have been located on the sunbathing deck. . Finally, the plants have been lightened with different colors to give a relaxing but also enlightning environment OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: he design includes relaxing visual aspects that the residents can see while sitting on their balcony or spending time in the garden. The gabion wall made from natural rocks, evergreen trees, a wide variety of green plants on the sunbathing deck and many different spots to rest in the garden with good lightning allow family members to change their spirtual minds the moment they come into the garden. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is located in Bodrum Turkey, and the Landscape construction period is from February 2019 to June 2019 |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The comcrete and wooden for planters are used. And travetino used for the walking area for naturel modern looking.The Modern Gazebo and lighting design was used near swimming pool SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The total landscape area is about 450 square meters TAGS: Landscape , Condominium landscape design, Modern landscape design, Istanbul, Selin Buharalioglu RESEARCH ABSTRACT: I analyzed the soil, forces and directions of the wind. I checked the minimum and maximum temperatures in this area and natural plant species. Very important was the location of the sun CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge of the design is that it is a garden that needs to be developed into a natural look that will reach people’s spirits while meeting their physical needs.
