| DESIGN NAME: Bestore Standard Product Series PRIMARY FUNCTION: Packaging System INSPIRATION: Inspired by the rainbow,we ruled these 11 series with 11 rainbow colors. As the symbolic element, the tick shape turned out to be the basic layout rule for different kind of packaging materials. All the food photos on the package are shoot with nature falling dynamic.18 various taste labels, exquisite layout regulation of the manufacturer, packer or distributor. All these rules above make this impossible job turned out to be a packaging design system that can be develope infinitely. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Bestore is one of the biggest snack manufacturers which owns over 1800 fixed products. This project is different from any other single product packaging design. We need to analyze and sort out this complicated product system. We finally conclude them with 6 product districts and 11 series which make these products arranged not only orderly on the shelf but also very informative. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: After applying the design system to practice, Bestore is now on the progress of seamless product switching. Numerous product forms redesigned by the strict design ruling, which maximizes the tension of workload so that they can produce packages as soon as possible. We believe that we can see a whole new rainbow-like Bestore shortly. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Project lasting time is 6 months, designed in Shenzhen, Guangdong, produced in Wuhan, Hubei. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The material mainly uses the ivory board or PET film. According to different products, we analyzed the different sizes of the package to adapt our design regulation to make sure the Bestore shop turned to be well arranged. We proofed every single color strictly, not only to create a rainbow-like store but also to emphasize each specific character of every single product. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: All packaging uses PET film or ivory board and designed with different sizes according to various character of products. How can Bestore keep the advantage of leading in this specific market? We hope these Standard Product Packaging Design System can be the sample of Bestore, transmit the image of High-end, High Quality, Strict Selected to the customer, and make the difference between Bestore and its competitors. CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge for a snack enterprise which owns numerous kinds of product is how to form a unique visual identification system of products. We combined all the 1800 products into 11 series and 6 districts with rainbow colors creatively. After switching all packaging design, the customer may see a whole new Bestore with the rainbow-like, exquisite, well-arranged product ocean, but still can pick their target product as soon as possible.
