Design Pioneer Fellowship Programme & Design Internship in Italy at the A’ Design Awards
With so many applications each year, we are now accepting interns at A’ Design Award via Design Pioneer Programme that you could apply yourself. To democratize the process and give equal opportunity to designers worldwide we have created an online application that you could complete to become an intern at A’ Design Award.

A’ Design Award interns will learn about Design Research, Design Communication, Design Marketing, Design Value Creation and Advanced Design and furthermore will have mentoring and support from one of A’ Design Awards’ managerial team.

If you are a young designer looking on ways to improve your design capabilities, design thinking as well as your design business skillset, you will greatly enjoy the A’ Design Awards internship program. We have only three spots available at each week so be sure to fill the application throughout and fully.

A’ Design Award internship offers opportunities of professional and personal growth and enable you to use what you’ve learned, expand your knowledge and benefit from invaluable on-the-job experience. If you are interested in working hands-on on relevant and current topics, and meanwhile supported in your development path both as a professional and as a person, you will enjoy this program as you get the opportunity to work on real projects and have fun along the way.

We’re interested in individuals who have a demonstrated passion for design and a desire to create design driven value. A’ Design Award accepts a limited number of interns, constrained by the number of interns at any given week. To be considered for A’ Design Award internship program, there are no limitations for age, sex, nationality or education, however we require all interns to be interested in design and design business.

Your internship in A' Design Award, at Como is an amazing opportunity to travel and absorb Italian culture and lifestyle. Como city is very close to Milano, about 30 minutes with train and 45 minutes by car. During your internship in Como, you may visit Milan and enjoy great architecture as well as high-end fashion.

From Como, you can travel to Venice very fast, with train, within only 2.5 hours with the right train. Venice is of course amazing to explore and enjoy.

From Como, you can travel to Amalfi Coast, Cinque Terre, Roma, Pisa and Toscana within only few hours. Como is very well connected with all Italy. Within 15 minutes from Como, you can pass to Switzerland by train, enjoy and explore hearth of Europe during your internship at the A' Design Awards. Duration: You can apply for very short term (4 weeks), short term (6 weeks), medium term (8 weeks) or long term (10 weeks). You can start your internship on any week as long as we have space.

How to Apply? It is easy. Create and complete an A’ Design Award profile if you do not have one already, your profile photo is required together with CV. One your profile is complete, click the APPLY NOW button below. You will be asked to agree to programme terms and conditions.

Disclaimer: You need an A' Design Award profile before you could apply. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered for participation to the Gala-Night. Applicants are responsible for visa fees as well as medical and travel insurance. 3+; we will give you 3 professional nomination tickets, plus some more digital edition nomination tickets based on how many weeks your programme was.
