Interview with GAO XIONG at Monday 27th of February 2017 FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design? XG: The perfect combination of modern business model and interior design。Inspired by Japanese cherry blossoms.They can enjoy themselves there with the quiet time and relax then full of energy to put into life and work . FS: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve? XG: Space is limited, the perfect use of every inch of space.make it look larger in viewsight. FS: What are your future plans for this award winning design? XG: I am determined to build on this solid foundation.try to design more other created works . FS: How long did it take you to design this particular concept? XG: 0ne 1 month FS: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration? XG: Combined with business needs.and as people bear lots of stress on work and hope to relax after working . FS: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself? XG: it is produced and not plan to sell to others FS: What made you design this particular type of work? XG: hope people can have a quiet time . FS: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work? XG: yes.my life FS: Who is the target customer for his design? XG: Own a person or a few friends home from work FS: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts? XG: Chinese proverb《It's better to share your joy with others than to keep it to yourself》 FS: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean? XG: happy time FS: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project? XG: 3DMAX and CAD FS: What is the most unique aspect of your design? XG: Strong colors create atmosphere FS: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills? XG: I have a design team。We work together FS: What is the role of technology in this particular design? XG: CAD FS: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way?
