| Interview with CAROL FAAN at Wednesday 20th of April 2016 FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design? CF: The main inspiration for this project is my desire to implement a design concept that is in harmony with the exterior of the home, which is in classic Georgian English style. I felt that this residence had to be visually compatible with existing heritage homes in one of Vancouver’s most venerated neighborhoods. The client desired a home that transitions effortlessly from formal business entertaining to casual family living.
