Interview with Gerardo Broissin / Broissin Architects at Thursday 30th of April 2015 FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design? GB: The music itself, particularly the moment when the composer creates it FS: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve? GB: To gain global recognition for the SACM ( Composers and Players Mexican Association) by building an architectonic icon FS: What are your future plans for this award winning design? GB: We are working hard to invite as many people as possible, from architecture students to people interested in design, to visit the venue to inspire them on their designs as the building now is globally recognized. FS: How long did it take you to design this particular concept? GB: 2 years
