Bishkek ( Kyrgyzstan) The feelings that arise in the hearts of two people , it is difficult to analyze. Therefore, they say that everything is in heaven. When the question arose as to look like a chandelier in the Palace of Weddings , the response was very close. Love should rule the world. This feeling should be the overriding and palpable. How can this be reflected in the grand hall , where there is one of the most important events in a person's life ? The idea behind the composition , carries the meaning and feeling, concentrated in the bridal veil bride. This quivering sensitivity, clarity of thought and passion . Chandelier - this veil bride , flying over the World. FS: What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve? VA: Man has always felt worship and exaltation over the winged creatures. They were considered messengers of the gods. Birds, wings and flight symbolized the highest state of being. Flying freely without frontiers heavenly creatures are easily converted into flocks of gold and silver birds. For a moment, transfixed, they turn into jewelry. Birds convey to us as a gift to the ease, freedom, and happiness that we seek. FS: What are your future plans for this award winning design? VA: This award will help bring information about the possibility of getting a very rare, but deeply personal jewelry ! FS: How long did it take you to design this particular concept? VA: The concept has been evolving gradually, as my deeper understanding of the value of what each has inividuum. Every our wrinkle, spot is a unique and precious. I think the whole process of enlightenment took me about 1.5-2 years. FS: Why did you design this particular concept? Was this design commissioned or did you decide to pursuit an inspiration? VA: The idea was so attractive and expressive that, in spite of all the difficulties of the project associated with the destruction of the Soviet Union and the emergence of a new state (Kyrgyzstan), I was able to complete his plan FS: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself? VA: This chandelier has emerged as an original, creative work on the badly signposted and subject to very specific circumstances. Just to repeat, or offer it to another object is not possible. But in my personal experience, this was the most important period of life. FS: What made you design this particular type of work? VA: The desire to find real new ways to create jewelry !!! FS: Where there any other designs and/or designers that helped the influence the design of your work? VA: Certainly it is an indirect effect of the great artists who have tried to understand deep meaning of of the various phenomena ... FS: Who is the target customer for his design? VA: This work intends to a man who appreciates the uniqueness and originality of himself. FS: What sets this design apart from other similar or resembling concepts? VA: Great Hall in the Palace of Weddings in Bishkek with a ceiling of complex profile, like a cumulus cloud. Object-organically connected with the geometry of the ceiling. The basis chandelier was taken constructive module, similar to a flower of four petals. Each lobe consists of a thin copper tubes. Center flower is light unit with different numbers of lamps 10 to 25 pieces Series connection of the petals together has created a flexible and light chandelier in the shape of a flying veil bride. FS: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean? VA: The name chandelier (Bridal Veil, soaring over the world) was derived from its contents. Love and passion motivates people to marry. Therefore, the place where the event is to be like an oasis, carefully hidden from the external storms. This is the role of Fata. FS: Which design tools did you use when you were working on this project? VA: Was the technical documentation, draw sketches, models of the general form of chandelier with a ceiling of individual components and the basic elements of the chandeliers in the ratio of 1:20. This made it possible to present the next project clearly. FS: What is the most unique aspect of your design? VA: My Ideas contained in the project, beyond the material expensive meaning or sense of jewelry. The presence of such object in the interior changes the atmosphere. FS: Who did you collaborate with for this design? Did you work with people with technical / specialized skills? VA: The implementation of such a large and technically complex project required the cooperation with architects, designers, electricians. This was true of the design chandeliers. After all, its dimensions are quite impressive: 16.0 X 6.0 X 3.5 meters. And all the artistic elements of chandeliers made of copper, brass, crystal, enamel carried himself with my mates. FS: What is the role of technology in this particular design? VA: Technically complex construction required calculations, the exact construction of electrical circuits. In the manufacture of most chandeliers were used enamel art technology, rarely used Spinning work on the lathe, hand made crystal chandeliers elements. FS: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design? VA: Interviews were conducted of visitors Wedding Palace. VA: This work took several years of my life. I like the artistic idea behind this design. Therefore, the evaluation of artistic community, 25 years after the implementation of the idea, it seems legitimate.
