FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?
JY: The idea behind my Chinese character box design was to make learning Chinese characters more fun and engaging for children. Chinese characters can be difficult to learn, and traditional teaching methods may not always be effective in engaging young learners. With this in mind, I came up with the idea of creating a physical toy that could help children learn Chinese characters through play.
