Interview with Önder Akyazıcı at Sunday 15th of May 2022 FS: What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design? FS: Is your design being produced or used by another company, or do you plan to sell or lease the production rights or do you intent to produce your work yourself? ÃA: We planned to rent or sell the production rights. In addition, it was established as a brand that we want to grow. FS: Who is the target customer for his design? ÃA: All coffee lovers are in search of qualified products. FS: How did you come up with the name for this design? What does it mean? ÃA: The story of the prescription of quality coffee, as a result of hard work, as a result of experimenting with water and coffee ratios in a laboratory environment, inspired me to find the name Clinic. ÃA: It is a design that uses technology with features such as quick order & checkout systems, wireless charging points, digital menu boards, loyalty system. FS: Is your design influenced by data or analytical research in any way? What kind of research did you conduct for making this design? ÃA: Detailed research has been carried out for pre-design. All studies in similar sectors in the world have been examined and data about the sector have been collected. FS: How did you decide to submit your design to an international design competition? ÃA: To show that the brand design is an original concept design in domestic and international platforms. I can say that it is an international growth target.
