Qianjiang House Sales Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project spanning 2,000 square meters, exemplifying a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and environmental consciousness. Completed in 2019, this pioneering fully assembled craft life hall represents a significant advancement in sustainable commercial space design, incorporating prefabricated and recyclable elements that embody environmental stewardship. The design philosophy draws inspiration from local cultural elements, particularly evident in its integration of Jiangnan oil-paper umbrella motifs within the negotiation areas, complemented by soft leather furnishings and silk fabrics that pay homage to regional traditions. The space features distinctive geometric elements and radiating lines that create a compelling sense of future-oriented modernity, while the strategic use of higher floor heights enables dramatic lighting installations, including a spiral pendant lamp that evokes the graceful movement of gymnastic ribbons.
