Display Of Guilin Scenery Toothpaste PackageDisplay Of Guilin Scenery Toothpaste PackageDisplay Of Guilin Scenery Toothpaste Package is an innovative packaging design that masterfully integrates traditional Chinese landscape artistry with modern consumer product packaging, created by designer LongSheng Zhong. This distinctive toothpaste packaging design draws inspiration from two iconic landscapes of Guilin: the Lijiang River and the terraced fields, rendered in the elegant style of traditional Chinese painting to establish a profound connection with cultural heritage. The design, which won an Iron A' Design Award in the Packaging Design category, represents a significant departure from conventional toothpaste packaging by emphasizing emotional resonance over functional claims. The packaging's dimensions of 45mm×35mm×190mm for the outer box and 94mm×146mm for the tube are carefully considered to optimize shelf presence while maintaining practicality. Utilizing 350g white cardboard paper with matt lamination and transparent UV coating for the outer box, and PEX-AL-PEX construction for the tube, the design achieves both aesthetic sophistication and functional durability. The strategic incorporation of Guilin's landscape, which notably appears on China's 20-yuan banknote, creates an immediate point of recognition and trust among Chinese consumers, effectively bridging the gap between cultural identity and commercial product design. This approach to packaging design demonstrates how regional cultural elements can be thoughtfully integrated into everyday consumer products to create meaningful connections while maintaining professional design standards.
