Fireplace Valley Sales CenterFireplace Valley Sales CenterFireplace Valley Sales Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project located in Guilin, Guangxi Province, China, that masterfully integrates local cultural elements with contemporary design principles. The sales center's design draws profound inspiration from the region's traditional lightfishing practices and the ethereal beauty of the Lijiang River, incorporating these elements through sophisticated architectural features and interior design elements. The entrance showcases a striking composition featuring a half-arc purple landscape marble against a creamy-white marble backdrop, artfully evoking the image of a fishing boat emerging through misty waters. The interior space is characterized by its thoughtful zonation, with a central negotiation area featuring sunken couches arranged around an innovative ground-embedded atomized fireplace. The design's vertical elements include a remarkable mezzanine level adorned with gradually whitening glass, creating a visual effect reminiscent of Guilin's characteristic morning mist and karst landscape. Notable technical innovations include a fishing net skylight that serves as both a functional element and an environmental sculpture, while the strategic use of gradually darkening glass not only creates aesthetic appeal but also addresses practical considerations of visual privacy and structural efficiency. The project, which won the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies how contemporary spatial design can harmoniously blend cultural narratives with functional requirements, creating an immersive environment that celebrates local heritage while serving modern commercial purposes.
