Zhenlong Mansion Sales OfficeZhenlong Mansion Sales OfficeZhenlong Mansion Sales Office is a distinguished architectural and interior design project located in Beijing, China, that masterfully blends traditional Chinese architectural elements with contemporary design sensibilities. The 1,270-square-meter space draws profound inspiration from the Beijing Directorate of Imperial Academy, historically China's highest academic institution, incorporating classical Chinese aesthetics while serving modern commercial purposes. The design philosophy centers on creating a scholarly atmosphere through thoughtful spatial organization, comprising a hall, corridor, negotiation area, and sand table area across two floors. The project's distinctive use of Chinese red as the primary color palette, combined with traditional materials such as ancient wood grain stone, cultural rubble, and hand-painted wallpaper, creates a harmonious balance between historical reverence and modern functionality. The space employs traditional Chinese architectural techniques, including tenon and mortise structures and stone seal cutting, while integrating contemporary amenities and sustainable materials. The first floor houses the sand table area, model exhibition space, negotiation hall, and VIP facilities, while the second floor accommodates office spaces and model rooms. Completed in March 2020, this innovative design project earned recognition with a Gold A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its exceptional achievement in spatial design, cultural integration, and functional excellence. The project stands as a testament to the successful fusion of Chinese architectural heritage with modern commercial requirements, creating an environment that promotes both business efficiency and cultural appreciation.
