One Excellent Marketing Center

One Excellent Marketing Center

One Excellent Marketing Center is an exemplary contemporary office space design project completed in 2020, encompassing 684 square meters in the heart of Shenzhen's business district. This sophisticated interior design project, conceived by designers Zhi Duan and Shi Rong Liang, masterfully integrates contemporary art aesthetics with international business sensibilities to create a composite environment that harmoniously blends artistic expression, communication facilities, and professional workspace requirements. The design's conceptual foundation draws inspiration from oceanic themes, manifested through flowing geometric lines and streamlined spatial arrangements that create an unconventional yet supremely functional business environment. The project's distinctive approach to space planning employs diagonal segmentation techniques to enhance spatial dynamism, while carefully considered partitioning elements establish seamless connections throughout the interior. The color palette is anchored in refined gray tones, creating a sophisticated contrast with the urban environment while facilitating natural transitions between warm and cool seasonal aesthetics. Notable features include the integration of natural stone textures with original wood elements, complemented by strategically placed furniture arrangements that define distinct functional zones. The 53F Cloud Reception Room, situated within the development, offers panoramic city views and incorporates biophilic elements through the thoughtful placement of flowers, trees, and green plants, creating a natural oasis within the rational spatial framework. The project, which received the Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2021, exemplifies excellence in commercial interior design through its innovative spatial solutions, material selection, and attention to user experience, successfully creating an environment that balances professional functionality with artistic sophistication.
