The 800-square-meter space, completed in July 2020, represents a dramatic departure from traditional French restaurant aesthetics through its implementation of floating structures and oblique forms that create a unique sense of spatial fluidity and artistic interpretation. Designed by chief designer Peihe Xie, the restaurant's most striking feature is its central hand-crafted wrinkled aluminum column, which serves as both a structural element and visual centerpiece. The interior architecture employs curved stainless steel screens to delineate private dining areas while maintaining service efficiency and sight lines, demonstrating a thoughtful balance between privacy and functionality. The design philosophy emphasizes a semi-enclosed spatial concept that shields diners from urban bustle while creating an environment where even a simple table for two becomes a poetic experience.
