Agile View World Residential Exhibition AreaAgile View World Residential Exhibition AreaAgile View World Residential Exhibition Area is an exemplary landscape architecture project that masterfully integrates residential exhibition spaces within the natural surroundings of Gaoligong Mountain, encompassing 16,860.7 square meters of thoughtfully designed terrain. This innovative development employs a low-intervention strategy that prioritizes environmental preservation while creating meaningful connections between human habitation and natural landscapes. The design philosophy centers on the harmonious coexistence with nature, utilizing local materials, indigenous plants, and traditional techniques to establish a pure and simple lifestyle that pays homage to its mountainous setting. Conceived and executed between April 2019 and October 2020, the project stands as a testament to resilient design principles, featuring three water-bordered sides and panoramic mountain views that have been carefully incorporated into the overall landscape resource utilization. The design team, led by Hu Sun, approached the challenge by reconsidering the fundamental relationships between humans, place, and nature, resulting in a sophisticated architectural solution that maintains the site's original essence while providing contemporary living spaces. The project's exceptional merit in landscape planning and garden design was recognized with a Platinum A' Design Award, acknowledging its innovative approach to environmental integration and sustainable development. The exhibition area's design successfully addresses the dual challenges of matching living experiences with the mountain's essence while maintaining the site's natural integrity, demonstrating how contemporary architectural interventions can enhance rather than diminish natural landscapes.
