Past Time Sales CenterPast Time Sales CenterPast Time Sales Center is an innovative interior design project located in Harbin, China, that masterfully blends historical architectural elements with contemporary luxury aesthetics. This 800-square-meter space serves as a sophisticated sales center that pays homage to Harbin's rich cultural heritage while embracing modern design sensibilities. The design concept draws inspiration from Harbin's reputation as the Moscow of the East and its unique historical trajectory, incorporating traditional architectural elements such as characteristic red brick walls, which are thoughtfully integrated from exterior to interior spaces. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, features an artistically curated corridor displaying historical photographs of steelworkers, creating a powerful narrative connection to the city's industrial heritage. The interior space is characterized by a harmonious fusion of materials, where clean, minimalist leather surfaces contrast with luxurious bronze and golden frame elements, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that appeals to contemporary tastes while preserving historical significance. The design, led by Bill Xiong, employs an industry·memory theme that carefully balances preservation and innovation, utilizing temperature-sensitive materials and meaningful architectural forms to create an exhibition space that serves both as a functional sales center and a cultural touchstone. The project's success lies in its ability to transform industrial heritage into a contemporary narrative while maintaining the authentic character of Harbin's architectural legacy.
