Living In The Clouds Residential ApartmentLiving In The Clouds Residential ApartmentLiving in the Clouds Residential Apartment is a distinguished residential interior design project located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, situated on the 32nd floor of a prominent skyscraper. This luxurious 300-square-meter penthouse, designed by Kirstin Fu-Ying Wang in 2021, exemplifies a harmonious blend of contemporary aesthetics and zen-inspired tranquility. The design concept draws inspiration from its unique geographical positioning, where frequent fog encounters create an ethereal atmosphere reminiscent of dwelling among clouds. The interior architecture employs a sophisticated palette of earth tones and cool-toned colors, creating a noble and stable atmosphere throughout the space. Notable design elements include rose gold titanium ion-coated stainless steel frame partitions, smart home integration, and thoughtfully curated materials including natural stone, wood, and metal that contribute to the space's layered complexity. The floor plan encompasses an open-concept public area featuring a living room with panoramic city views, an island kitchen, and a dining area, while the private quarters include a master suite and two additional en-suite bedrooms. The project, which garnered recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional attention to spatial planning, material selection, and architectural detailing. The integration of warm grey-tone furniture and lighting fixtures establishes a timeless contemporary aesthetic, while the careful consideration of textures and finishes creates a meditative atmosphere that offers respite from urban living.
