The design, which garnered a Bronze A' Design Award in the Packaging Design category, features a predominantly red exterior that resonates with traditional festive symbolism, incorporating a unique double-door opening mechanism that pays homage to classical Chinese architectural elements. The packaging's distinctive feature lies in its intricate illustration scheme, which emerges upon unfolding, depicting auspicious elements including dancing lions, flying fairies, and traditional lanterns, drawing inspiration from the ancient Tang Dynasty tradition of lion dancing as a means to ward off evil spirits and invoke blessings. Measuring 280 x 295 x 108mm, the design demonstrates exceptional attention to sustainability through its use of eco-friendly paper and inks, while incorporating practical features such as a detachable lion-shaped magnetic sticker that can be repurposed as a refrigerator decoration.
