Beyond 100 Years Residential SpaceBeyond 100 Years Residential SpaceBeyond 100 Years Residential Space is an innovative residential development project located in the Kaohsiung Yawan Development Zone of Taiwan, distinguished by its sophisticated architectural and interior design approach that harmoniously blends comfort, elegance, and functionality. This significant architectural endeavor, encompassing 83,389 square meters of total floor area on a 6,983-square-meter lot, represents a thoughtful response to contemporary urban living needs while paying homage to its maritime context. The design philosophy centers on creating a unique living atmosphere that particularly appeals to young families, setting itself apart from neighboring developments through its distinctive architectural language and interior solutions. The project's design draws inspiration from its advantageous geographical location overlooking Kaohsiung Port, incorporating elements that reflect the city's maritime heritage and dynamic commercial spirit. The interior spaces feature innovative window grille designs inspired by traditional patterns, creating balanced and symmetrical compositions that enhance the urban skyline. Notable design elements include artistic presentations of peacocks symbolizing prosperity, and a careful integration of modern furniture with traditional decorative elements that honor local cultural heritage. The project, which was completed in August 2021, earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial design, material selection, and innovative approach to residential architecture. The development's public areas showcase an interesting architectural facade concept that extends into the reception and lobby areas, where interior landscapes are thoughtfully integrated to complement the overall design language, creating a seamless flow between spaces while interpreting oceanic themes through elegant accessories and handcrafted elements.
