Star Mansion Sales Office

Star Mansion Sales Office is an innovative interior design project located in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China, that revolutionizes the traditional concept of real estate sales centers through its avant-garde spatial design and immersive experiential elements. This 600-square-meter space, completed in February 2020, exemplifies a bold departure from conventional sales office aesthetics by incorporating dynamic visual elements and cutting-edge technology to create a multisensory journey through space and time. The design philosophy centers on engaging younger demographics through a sophisticated interplay of materials, including blue-gray and orange lacquering boards, artificial stone, colored gradient glass, and steel mirrors, all carefully orchestrated to create distinct yet cohesive spatial experiences. The reception area features a striking black-and-white striped pattern that progressively builds upon itself, incorporating a black hole concept that draws visitors deeper into the space. A particularly noteworthy feature is the Surface of the Planet installation in the sand panel area, inspired by contemporary light art installations, while the ceiling comprises numerous mirror plates combined with LED technology to simulate an interstellar environment. The project, which won a Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional innovation in its approach to commercial space design, particularly in its ability to merge technological sophistication with artistic expression. The design's strategic use of extreme material contrasts, tensioned colors, and immersive lighting technology creates a holographic-like color time tunnel that resonates with its target demographic while maintaining functional efficiency in its layout from reception to negotiation areas.
