Jiangmen Gemdale Mingyue Sales CenterJiangmen Gemdale Mingyue Sales CenterJiangmen Gemdale Mingyue Sales Center is an exemplary architectural interior design project located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China, that masterfully integrates local cultural heritage with contemporary design aesthetics. This 600-square-meter space represents a sophisticated fusion of Eastern and Western architectural elements, drawing inspiration from the region's rich history as a hometown of overseas Chinese and the iconic Kaiping Diaolou structures. The design, created by Yu Chao and Guanghui Zeng, employs a harmonious combination of premium materials including white and crema Pinta stone, castle grey stone, and bronze stainless steel to achieve its distinctive aesthetic appeal. The space is characterized by its innovative use of crystalline forms and linear elements, creating a fluid, boundary-less environment where different functional areas seamlessly flow into one another. A notable feature is the incorporation of the Bird Paradise theme, which pays homage to the region's natural heritage while adhering to modern design principles. The project, which received the Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning and cultural sensitivity. The three-month construction process resulted in a space that not only serves its primary function as a sales center but also stands as a cultural landmark that bridges traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary design sensibilities. The project's success lies in its thoughtful research-driven approach, which explored the integration of art, nature, and urban humanity to present a new perspective on contemporary Chinese lifestyle, making it a significant contribution to modern architectural interior design.
