Sberbank Workplace Design Office Design is an innovative workplace transformation project that exemplifies modern agile office design principles, executed across 24,000 square meters spanning three floors of 7,500 square meters each. This comprehensive interior design solution, created by a Swiss architecture studio, represents a paradigm shift in traditional office environments by introducing a dynamic, flexible workspace that promotes collaboration and creativity. The design divides each floor into four distinct zones, interconnected by a central communication hub that serves as the office's heart, featuring creative rooms, demo zones, co-working spaces, and recreation areas. The project's sophisticated approach to space utilization incorporates nature-inspired themes and intuitive color-coding for navigation, while custom-made furniture solutions, including bespoke pergolas and unique co-working hubs, reflect local craftsmanship and cost-efficient production methods. The design successfully overcame significant architectural challenges, transforming a building originally intended for residential use into an open, flowing office space that facilitates spontaneous communication and teamwork. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional innovation in workplace design through its implementation of squad-based work areas distributed along the building's perimeter to maximize natural light exposure, while secondary functions are strategically positioned around the central core to enhance circulation and foster impromptu interactions.
