House In Okolitsa Residential BuildingHouse In Okolitsa Residential BuildingHouse in Okolitsa Residential Building is an exemplary residential architectural project located in the Moscow region, distinguished by its innovative integration with its forest surroundings and sophisticated spatial organization. Designed by architect Shamsudin Kerimov, this 1,500-square-meter residence masterfully responds to the complex topography of its woodland setting through a thoughtfully articulated series of volumes separated by atriums. The design philosophy emphasizes the seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces, achieved through strategic placement of buffer zones that incorporate natural elements such as trees and stones. The building's architectural composition is characterized by its rhythmic structure and the use of premium materials, including hand-formed clinker bricks and Petersen roof tiles, Kebony decking, and various types of metal, plaster, and stone finishes. The functional layout is organized around a central entrance leading to a dominant living room and kitchen area, complemented by guest accommodations and a workshop. The private zones, separated by atriums, encompass master bedrooms, children's rooms, a classroom, playroom, and a multifunctional library space. The second floor houses additional private spaces including a cabinet, second master bedroom, and spa facilities, while the grounds feature staff quarters and a three-car garage. This architectural achievement, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category in 2021, exemplifies excellence in residential design through its thoughtful consideration of privacy, functionality, and environmental integration.
