YDS Office Work Place

YDS Office Work Place is an innovative interior design project located in Chengdu's Global Center, encompassing 240 square meters of thoughtfully crafted workspace that seamlessly blends functionality with artistic expression. Designed by Xiaobing Yao and Baoan Luo, this sophisticated office environment features a striking revolving staircase connecting two floors, creating a dynamic focal point in the main hall. The space exemplifies contemporary workplace design through its open layout, characterized by a refined black and white color scheme and rationalized workstations that promote both efficiency and diversity. The second floor introduces an innovative irregular multilateral arc design that creates engaging spatial variations, complemented by strategically placed white sculptural planters of varying sizes. The design philosophy embraces the concept of natural harmony between space and human interaction, utilizing materials such as tempered glass, marble, wood flooring, and stainless steel to achieve a refined aesthetic. A distinctive feature of the space is the immersive corridor design, which employs subtle gradients of gray and black to create an illusion of depth and temporal progression. The project, completed in 2020, garnered recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial innovation and design execution. The office incorporates a unique People Space photo wall that serves as both an artistic installation and a representation of creative transformation, while the overall design emphasizes the harmonious relationship between built environment and natural elements, creating an aesthetic journey that balances professionalism with artistic expression.
