Golden Mile Interior SpaceGolden Mile Interior SpaceGolden Mile Interior Space is a groundbreaking interior design project that exemplifies the principles of suprematist architecture through its innovative spatial composition and geometric elements. Created by architect Maxim Kashin, this 70-square-meter residential interior space represents a three-dimensional interpretation of suprematist art principles, characterized by its striking white backdrop that serves as a canvas for linear geometric metal sculptures. The design's most notable feature is its monumental ceiling installation, weighing 250 kilograms, which required sophisticated engineering solutions to secure it to the reinforced concrete structure above. The interior's conceptual framework draws direct inspiration from the three developmental stages of suprematism - black, color, and white - as exemplified in Kazimir Malevich's works, translating these two-dimensional artistic principles into an immersive three-dimensional environment. The space utilizes a carefully curated selection of materials including steel, marble, wood, and MDF boards, complemented by faux suede finishes, creating a harmonious balance between industrial and refined elements. Completed in 2020, this project garnered international recognition by winning the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its exceptional contribution to contemporary interior design. The space successfully merges functionality with artistic expression, creating an environment where geometric volumes and white space interact to produce an atmosphere of infinite possibility, characteristic of suprematist ideology.
